Saturday, February 28, 3-5pm

Pinewood Derby will be at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church on 2/28, 3-5pm. Wear your Class A uniform (button-up Cub Scout shirt, neckerchief, and neckerchief slide) if you have one.

Come ready to cheer on your car and your fellow Cub Scouts' cars as they race to see which car is the fastest in the Pack! Cub Scouts will also be voting on Most Creative Car, Favorite Car Name, and Car Most Likely to be a Hot Wheels Classic.

Please come help set up the fellowship hall for the Pinewood Derby. Activities we need help with are:

You don't want to miss this meeting! Awards and advancements will be passed out, and we will hold the Arrow of Light crossover ceremony for the 5th graders in our Pack that are moving up to the Scout Troops of their choice. Be sure to wear you Class A uniform, if you have one. 

Monday, January 26, 5:30-6:30pm

Bring your pinewood derby car, in whatever stage of completion it is in, and work on it alongside fellow Cub Scouts and helpful leaders and grown-ups. Be sure to bring your wheels and axles too, along with anything else you think you'll need. The pack will have a hand saw and power jig saw (adult use only), and sandpaper available. We will also pass out advancements at this meeting.  

Saturday, December 20, 5:25-5:55pm

The Argosy Christmas Ship will make a stop in the waters off of Juanita Beach in the evening on Dec. 20th. Bundle up and join the Pack at Juanita Beach Park for a cozy bonfire and festive holiday music from the choir on the ship! The music starts at 5:35, so be sure to allow enough time to park and find the group. Bring your own thermos of hot cider or cocoa to keep you warm! 

Monday, December 15, 5:30-6:30pm

Join us for our December Pack Meeting where we will have all sorts of fun, winter-themed activities, including games, art, and hot cocoa. We will also be passing out awards and Pinewood Derby car kits! 

Cub Scouts should bring a donation of new children's socks (size toddler to age 12) to the meeting. We'll roll the socks into "snowballs" and then using them to play fun games. Then the socks will be donated to KidVantage (https://kidvantagenw.org/).

Saturday, December 13, 3:45-4:20pm

Join us for caroling at the Aegis Living Lodge assisted living community! Plan to arrive at 3:45pm. Singing starts at 4pm and ends at 4:20. Song lists and lyrics will be provided.

Scouts, please wear your formal uniform (Class A) or, if you don't have that yet, wear festive holiday attire (or both!). Santa hats and jingle bells etc. encouraged!

Come join us for our Halloween Pack Meeting. Wear your Halloween costume (optional) and join the Pack for fun, Halloween-themed activities.   

We are also collecting new and gently used kids coats for the local charity, KidVantage. They are especially in need of boys coats in sizes 5-10, but all kids coat donations are appreciated!
